Course Objectives:

This workshop shows participants how conditions of crisis arise in business organization if events occur without prior warning and there is an immediate and urgent need to react. Responsive measures could be pro-active or re-active. By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

(1) Identify types of crisis

(2) Gain a skill at managing business turnaround

(3) Develop an ability to respond to non-performance related crisis
